Welcome to our Online Registration information page. When you register online, our service will automatically let you know if there is availability in the session of your choice. If that session is full, you may choose to be placed on a waiting list or choose another session on the same secure website. If a spot becomes available you will be contacted by email.
Registration is conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hurry!!! Spots are limited so register today.
The registration fee must be paid in full or by using one of our payment plans for your camper’s spot to be guaranteed.You may pay by debit, credit card, or electric check. If your church is subsidizing your registration fee, you should contact our office for instructions on how to proceed.
Registration fee includes all Meals, Activities (not paintball), and Camp T-shirt.
In order to receive a partial refund, a written notice of cancellation must be received at least 3 weeks prior to opening date of the session for which the camper is registered. A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed for all cancellations.
Illness or injury to child before camp, preventing him/her from attending (certified by a doctor).
Death in the camper’s family (certified by a minister).
There will be NO refunds for anyone who cancels within 3 weeks of the opening date of the session for which the camper is registered. NO refunds given after camper arrives at camp or thereafter.
Campers do not need extra spending money while at camp but may desire it. Some campers wish to have a small amount of spending money for snacks (Canteen) or souvenirs. Our Camp store will be open daily during their afternoon rotation time and at night time before bed time. It is your choice on how much money you send with your camper but the average is $20. Whether to send money with your camper is at your discretion and it will be deposited in our camp bank upon arrival. At the end of camp, all money left over will be returned or you may donate some or all of the money to our Camper Scholarship Fund. Campers are not allowed to keep money in the cabin, as we cannot be held responsible if it is missing.
Camp Istrouma is happy to offer a payment plan for summer camp fees that will help spread your payment across several months. This payment plan is only available during the months of January through December and will only be applied to camp fees. This is how it works:

All payment plan must use a credit card.
You will register your camper(s) up to the point of the payment screen. On the payment screen you will find a blue link, please click on the blue “Request a Payment Plan (click me)” text to fill out our Payment Plan form. Once you have submitted this form, someone from our office, within three business days, will contact you to setup a payment plan over the phone. Return to your browser that displays the payment screen and click on Logout or just close your browsers.
Campers are not allowed to receive visitors during their session at camp. We ask that you respect this policy for the sake of all of our campers and their camp experience away from home.
