Cook – 2 Openings (weekend/summer camps)

As a member of Camp Istrouma, the Cook is responsible for the kitchen/dining hall oversight, food preparation, serving and cleaning of the Food Service area at Camp Istrouma. These responsibilities include preparing and cooking meals; cleanup of kitchen and dining area; supervising staff/volunteers that help with food services; and providing special food preferences for guests as needed due to allergies. The Cook is responsible for enhancing guests’ enjoyment and camp/retreat experience by ensuring an efficient and positive Food Service operation.  Click here for job description.
