Counselors In Training (CIT) are volunteers who assist in all areas of summer programming. CIT volunteers are support staff in groups, programming, arts & crafts, in charge of leading group games, "all-camp" activities, hikes, nature activities, camper interest groups, campfire songs, devotions and many other duties. This program is a leadership training opportunity designed to assist the summer camp programs. This is a great opportunity for our high school students (minimum age of 15 or older) to build volunteer hours that can be presented on college applications. CITs are asked to make a commitment to serve one of the 7-weeks.
