Christian camps like Camp Istrouma need several things in order to thrive as a ministry.

1. A staff and board of directors who are committed to the vision of the ministry,
2. Campers who want to experience genuine life change in Christ when they attend,
3. A place that provides a unique setting for ministry,
4. Money to expand and grow.

The fact is, Christian camps like Camp Istrouma simply can’t charge enough in the way of fees to continue expanding and growing.  We need special people, spiritually gifted by God to share resources.  Through generosity from those who partner with us,  we can build buildings, improve programs, provide scholarships, and continually answer the call of God to provide "Developing Disciples, Form Friendships, & Impact Lives Forever.”

If you are spiritually gifted and abundantly blessed and feel called by God to come along side Camp Istrouma with financial support, please contact us.  Remember, Camp Istrouma is not a church – we are a extension of the United Methodist church ministry.  Your tithe should go to your local church.  Anything you do for Camp Istrouma should be above and beyond your tithe to the local church.
