Activity Where Time
Breakfast Lake Lodge Dining Hall 8:00AM
Closing Ceremony Chapel 8:40AM-9:30AM
Check-Out Time   9:30AM

We would like to personally invite you to come to our end of Camp Breakfast at 8 a.m. If you would like to join us for Breakfast please let us know during registration or you may email or call ahead of time. The cost is $6 per visitor - ages 5 and under are free.  Campers' meals are included in their week.  Following the meal,  at about 8:40 a.m., will be our Closing Ceremony.

The Closing Ceremony will have singing, an overview of camp and a slide show highlighting the events of your child's time at Camp Istrouma.  The end of the Closing Ceremony and pick-up time is at 9:30 am.

Please note these times.  All campers must be picked up in a timely manner.  Remember - no child likes to be the last one picked up.  The camp serves as a Retreat Center on the weekends and needs the time to prepare for incoming groups. We are looking forward to having an exciting, fun-filled time at camp this summer and can't wait to see our friends from previous years and make new ones!

Breakfast & Closing Time

On the last day of camp, parents are invited to eat with their campers at 8 a.m. This provides the opportunity to visit your child's counselors again and meet all of the friends that they will have met at camp. This is wonderful time of fellowship, food and fun. Please make sure your camper knows what your plans are so that they will not be disappointed if you are unable to come. Camp is such a great experience; we want our campers to end camp on a positive note.  After breakfast will be the Closing Ceremony from 8:40 - 9:30.  At that time all campers should have parents on site to pick them up.

Early Camper Pick-Up

For the security of our campers, we must be notified in advance if you plan to pick up your camper before 8 a.m. on the last day. At arrival, please go directly to the Lake Lodge and check in with a staff member.  It is camp policy that all campers assist in cleaning the cabin.  Your child will be dismissed when his/her share of the cleaning has been completed. The remaining campers will then meet parents for breakfast at 8 a.m.  If you are unable to give us notice, please go to Wilkes Hall, by our flag poles, upon arrival to let us know you are here and sign your camper out.  We will call for your camper while you wait.   After your child has joined you in Wilkes Hall you may pick up their belongings from the cabin.

Camp Quotes

This was my 4th year at camp. I made friends, ate great food, and connected with Christ our Savior. I had so much fun and I can't wait for next year! :)
