Retreat and Conference Food Service |
- Meal times will be:
Breakfast - 8 am; Lunch - 12 noon; Supper - 5:00 pm. - These times will be followed unless other arrangements have been made with the retreat center office.
- To facilitate planning the meals, a guaranteed number must be given to the Retreat Center at least 5 days prior to reservation date. We must charge groups for all meals according to the number on the reservation, and no credit will be given if fewer attend than the reservation states.
- Your group will assist with food service as requested by Camp Istrouma kitchen staff and to assist with supervision over the use of the dining facilities. This includes clearing tables, wiping tables, and sweeping.
- No food or drink is allowed in the cabins.
