Retreat and Conference Clean up
In order to keep your cost down, your organization is responsible for leaving the camp in the same condition as you found it.
  1. Cabins:
    • Check under all bunks and around mattresses for trash and forgotten items. 
    • Sweep the bathroom and cabin floors. A broom and dustpan are provided in every cabin. Please sweep trash into dust pans/waste baskets.
    • Vacuum carpet area.
    • Please rinse out sinks and showers and check for anything left in the shower area.
  2. Dining Hall:

    • Any chairs and tables used in the Dining Hall are to be stacked up against the sides of the hall. 
    • Turn off lights and air-conditioning before leaving.
    • No candles in dining hall unless approved by Manager.
    • No taping of items on walls or windows unless approved by Manager.
    • Mop up any spills on the floor and clean up any food that has fallen on floor.
  3. Kitchen and common area in Cabins:

    • Mop floor and clean up any food that has fallen on floor.
    • Empty refrigerator before leaving.
    • Empty trash cans into dumpster.
    • Vacuum carpet area.
  4. Chapel:

    • No food or drink in chapel.
    • No ball playing in the chapel.
    • No taping items on walls or windows.
    • No candles in chapel unless approved by Manager.
    • We ask for kids to remove shoes to help save carpet in chapel.
    • Do not move sound system equipment unless approved by Manager.
    • Pick up chairs after using them and stack up against wall.
  5. Bath House:

    • Check for clothing and towels.
    • Rinse out all showers.
    • Please flush all toilets.
    • Empty all trash cans.
    • Pick up trash on floor.
    • Turn out lights.
