Eric Hindmon

Position: Executive Director
Eric was born and raised in McDonough, GA on the south side of Atlanta. He is married to Andrea and they have two awesome kids, Liam and Nora. Eric has a degree in Outdoor Leadership and Education from Toccoa Falls College in northeast Georgia, definitely one of the most beautiful colleges in the nation! Eric first felt called to camp ministry at Triple-R Ranch in Chesapeake,Virginia. He experienced how powerfully God can work within the camp atmosphere, seeing several of his campers come to Christ and even meeting his wife. He strongly feels that God gave us creation to point others to how good He is. Since then he has been able to minister at a number of different kinds of camps in Georgia, Indiana, Alabama, and now Louisiana. On a personal note, Eric loves to spend time with his family and in the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Recently he has loved being able to teach Liam how to fish in the beautiful lake at Camp Istrouma. Eric is excited about the incredible opportunity to minister here at Camp Istrouma with the terrific team that is already in place.
